When you request a quote we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you're interested in and any message or photo you attach. That's it — we don't collect anything else.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to prepare your quote and carry out the work you've asked about. We never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. We keep simple first-party statistics — which pages are viewed and which contact buttons are used, along with the visiting IP address — solely to understand how the website is performing and to filter out our own visits. This information is never shared with anyone, never used for advertising, and is deleted once it's no longer needed.

Quote enquiries

Quote requests are stored securely in the website's own database (as well as being emailed to us) so that your enquiry is never lost. They are only ever used to handle your enquiry.
