What if it rains after my windows are cleaned?+
Rain itself is clean water and rarely spoils properly cleaned glass — spots come from dirt already on the window. If a clean is genuinely spoiled within 24 hours, get in touch and it will be put right.
Do I need to be home when you clean?+
No — most cleans happen while customers are out. If your back garden is locked, a message the night before means you can leave the gate open, or a key-safe arrangement can be set up for regular rounds.
How do I pay?+
Bank transfer or cash after each visit, whatever is easiest. Regular customers get an invoice with simple payment details.
